Amazing! Loved the location, the privacy, and the rental itself. Everything was just so comfortable! Perfect for us and our friend that shared the stay.
The living room/kitchen was comfortable and loved the couches. The eating area was perfect for our needs, and loved having a washer/dryer in the rental. The two bedrooms upstairs were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and so peaceful. We were lucky to be able to watch the parade from the front balcony and not a drop of rain hit us.

The cabin location is amazing. Very convenient, yet you feel like you’re secluded in the mountain with great views! Very clean, very nice towels and sheets. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you need for 14 guests. Upon arrival we noted some minor wear and tear of the home and hot tub and noted those to the host by email. We had two things that we asked to be fixed during our stay ( others were cosmetic and nothing that would hinder our stay) Upon arrival we found the trash bin outside overflowing with garbage. We contacted housekeeping to find out when that would be emptied since we had a house full of people and would use it soon after arriving. They were very quick to respond and had it emptied within hours. We found the cabin had four pool sticks. Three were broken to the point you could not use them. We requested replacements so that we could play pool during our stay. We did not receive a response on that. It ended up being ok, we used one pool stick and shared all week. It did not hinder our enjoyment of the cabin and we would definitely stay here again. In my opinion it is one of the nicest cabins we have stayed in over the last 35 years of coming to Gatlinburg!

We really loved the cabin and the location. We kept having trouble with the keypad and code you gave us, so we used the master code most of the trip. I let Brandy know about 2 toilets that were running (flappers weren't sealing) but we fixed it when we needed to flush if they stuck. Tried to use the hot tub the last night but could not get it to warm up or figure out the codes on the screen so we just left it alone. Overall, we really had a nice time and would definitely recommend Smoky Mountain Heaven cabin rentals.
