The cabin location is amazing. Very convenient, yet you feel like you’re secluded in the mountain with great views! Very clean, very nice towels and sheets. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you need for 14 guests. Upon arrival we noted some minor wear and tear of the home and hot tub and noted those to the host by email. We had two things that we asked to be fixed during our stay ( others were cosmetic and nothing that would hinder our stay) Upon arrival we found the trash bin outside overflowing with garbage. We contacted housekeeping to find out when that would be emptied since we had a house full of people and would use it soon after arriving. They were very quick to respond and had it emptied within hours. We found the cabin had four pool sticks. Three were broken to the point you could not use them. We requested replacements so that we could play pool during our stay. We did not receive a response on that. It ended up being ok, we used one pool stick and shared all week. It did not hinder our enjoyment of the cabin and we would definitely stay here again. In my opinion it is one of the nicest cabins we have stayed in over the last 35 years of coming to Gatlinburg!

The lake house far exceeded our expectations! The photos of the property were beautiful and even more breathtaking in person. Location was perfect, close to supermarkets, close to boat rental locations and the amount of kitchenware and storage space was impressive! Very responsive and when we had a small issue with the A/C she had a technician out there within the hour.

RENEE’S place is a proper log cabin. It’s good for big groups. 5 - 10 min walk from Gatlinburg downtown. 3 good restaurants within 5 min of walk. The interior decor is superb. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom and that’s a plus compared to other AirBnB’s. The interior decor is superb. Renee is super responsive and takes good care of guests. It’s a good place to relax and chill in the mountains.

We really loved the cabin and the location. We kept having trouble with the keypad and code you gave us, so we used the master code most of the trip. I let Brandy know about 2 toilets that were running (flappers weren't sealing) but we fixed it when we needed to flush if they stuck. Tried to use the hot tub the last night but could not get it to warm up or figure out the codes on the screen so we just left it alone. Overall, we really had a nice time and would definitely recommend Smoky Mountain Heaven cabin rentals.

The decision to make this cabin into 5 King suites was awesome! Everyone had their own space, yet common areas were shared equally. This is a lovely cabin with all you need. We loved how conveniently located it was to all our interests. We are following this host and property as our stay was wonderful!

Our stay at Renee's Place was delightful! Our group consisted of 3 couples, who are Presbyterian College alumni, and we found that the location was ideal for the short trip to the college. Also, being close to downtown Greenwood, it was an easy commute for shopping on Main Street and the restaurants. The lake is beautiful and the deck is a welcoming spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. We look forward to visiting again.

This place was amazing for our large 10+ group! There was plenty of space for outdoor or indoor activities so nobody was stepping on each other’s toes. The house was gorgeous and super clean! The host was very responsive, polite, clear on instructions and helpful. The cleaning crew was as well. We were able to book and check-in the same day due to other cancellations and the host was very accommodating. Overall a great experience and would book this place again. Thank you for our great experience.

We rented the Smokey Mountain Heaven II cabin which has 5 beautiful king suites for the weekend. We had 9 people with us and the house fit everyone very comfortably. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we could of imagined. Our host Renee communicated with us perfectly and everything was just as she said it would be. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The home was better than the photos! It was right in town, we parked once and never had to drive our cars again. We were able to walk everywhere for every meal, every activity, all shopping, etc. location was 10/10!!! Home was adorable and felt like we were really in a European country. Being right next to the river was super scenic and beautiful. Will definitely stay again!!

The house was great very cozy and clean the only problem we had was it has a lot of taxidermy but overall we had a very great stay and will highly recommend
